The transformative regeneration of a historic market site has been shortlisted for four special prizes at RIBA’s national Stirling Prize.

The visit highlighted how thoughtful heritage-led regeneration can breathe new life into historic buildings, supporting local enterprise, culture and community while strengthening the identity of our town centres.
